Fun at the Kirkners!!

Brianna had such a great time in her remodel getaway trip to visit her cousins and Aunt Ali and Uncle Scott's place!! It was like Disney land -- so many fun things to do!

The Playground

Bri was so brave on this play structure; she went down all the slides and I gasped a number of times.... She is now an "expert" slider-- at least in her own mind!

Lemonade

Bri enjoyed a lemonade... she drank almost the whole thing. She wants to be like a big girl now and drink it all by herself. I think that I'm going to have an independent little girl on my hands soon.... I wonder where she got that?????

Exploring the flowers in high gear!

Brianna had such a great time at the flower farm.... she was running from one area to another-- in total bliss. She had so much fun copying her cousins, Peyton and Jack ( or as Bri says " YAK") She smelled the flowers, drank lemonade, played on the playground, and rode the wagon..... so much to do here in San Diego!

Here is Rob cooking dinner in our "new kitchen"... at least our kitchen for the next 6 weeks. And a picture of Bri and Dad enjoying a little snack together! Sutter is really excited about this new layout!

STORM!!

It's so beautiful to see sun after or during a rainstorm..... this picture of the horses shows the pouring rain and sun combination......Brianna got to see her first rainbow!

San Diego

Brianna and I are in SAN Diego while Dad is at home working on our kitchen remodel. Last night Rob had NO Heat and a hole in the ceiling. Poor dad, but we thank him and look forward to his visit to San Diego this weekend.

Eye makeup

So, the morning before we went to Zech's birthday celebration, Brianna decided that she needed some eye makeup "like Mommy". She used my STAY ALL DAY lipstick-- and I couldn't even scrub it off of her! IT lived up to it's name. I should have known when she was watching me put on my makeup and said "eyes". Then later, she vanished.... before appearing with her EYE makeup! Such a cutie.... BTW, I've since learned that you can get it off with olive oil and lots of scrubing..... ; )

Daffodil Hill

Yesterday we took a drive to Daffodil Hill with Colleen, Camille and her new baby sister. FUn was had by all..... running around all the daffodils!! This time of the year is absolutely beautiful here!

On our way home from Mimi and Papa's we visited Dad. Brianna made Rob wear his helmet the entire time and kept taking him into the garage area to point out the fire engines!! AND THE HELMETS!!! She loves her headwear!

Brianna and I traveled to Fresno to celebrate Uncle Jim's 70th birthday. We had a wonderful visit with Mimi and Papa. And as usual, Brianna was a very good girl and quite adorable. Brianna also met Papa's Paco.... the stuffed version. He's the same color as all her cats, but he moves a little differently which scared Brianna at first. But eventually she learned to love him too!
