Hunter's birthday party

Bri and I went to Hunter's first birthday party today. Bri had a blast.... she watched the other kids with amazement. She wore her party hat proudly. There were balloons and very fancy cupcakes just to name a few things. Bri was worn out when we got home.... MILK, then right to bed!! Bye mommy..... ( That's what she says when I leave her in her crib-- with a wave!) ; ) How lucky am I????

Rags to Riches SUmday

Here is the new filly's older brother.... Rags. I certainly wouldn't want to be riding him when he bucks like that!! I think that it might be money WELL spent paying someone else to start riding him!! I bet you would agree..... ; )

Newest addition to Seeking Unity Farms!

She's here.... Telli's fifth baby, her first girl. Telli was awesome.... no problems with the birth. She was predictable. In the past, I've spent up to 2 weeks sleeping outside with her to be able to attend the birth... This time, her milk changed, and I knew it was the night. I got up ONCE and she had had the baby about 10 minutes prior to me getting out there... the placenta was still on the baby and she was still all wet. I guess that happens when you know your mare. Telli is about 18 years old and I've had her since she was one year old!! Ali, do you remember buying her for me??? At the auction?? ; )
